Booking Inquiry Form Terms and Conditions - As Above So Below

By submitting this booking inquiry form to As Above So Below, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Event Posting and Confirmation:

• All event details and promotions related to the artist's performance must not be publicly posted or promoted until confirmation is received from As Above So Below.

2. Booking Confirmation:

• A 50% deposit of the total performance fee is required upfront to confirm the booking.

• The remaining 50% of the performance fee must be paid [7] after the scheduled event date.

3. Artwork and Branding:

• Any promotional artwork or branding materials (including posters, flyers, and online graphics) related to the artist's performance must be submitted for approval by As Above So Below before public distribution.

• All artwork must include official logos and branding provided by As Above So Below.

4. Technical and Hospitality Riders:

• Any technical and hospitality riders provided by the artist must be reviewed and agreed upon by As Above So Below before confirmation of the booking.

• Any deviations from the agreed-upon riders must be discussed and approved in advance.

5. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation by the client within [30] days of the event will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit.

• Cancellation by the artist within [5] days of the event will result in a full refund of the 50% deposit to the client.

6. Force Majeure:

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as acts of nature, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, both parties will work together to find a suitable solution.

7. Governing Law:

• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your jurisdiction].
